Come and Share in a Puerto Rican Styled Dinner!

Presenter: Juan Molina Crespo will share, the history, culture and what is the current situation on La Isla.  Sr. Molina Crespo is a native of Puerto Rico and provides a distinctive perspective on the current situation of politics and religion in Puerto Rico. He is the Executive Director of the Cleveland Hispanic Alliance. Ms. Hoffman, the President of the Board of HALDI will also be present to field questions concerning travel to the island.
​On March 3rd, 12 Local members of the United Church of Christ of Northeast Ohio will be traveling and providing physical labor and aid for those living in the devastation and aftermath of Hurricane Maria.  Folks in this group will be repairing and renovating flat roofs that are typical of the island.
